Is the LUNA car capsule compatible?
No. Whether you prefer to use a car capsule or newborn cocoon comes down to personal preference. We opted to provide our luxe newborn Cocoon (with the option to purchase a second for twins) for practicality reasons. Our customer research indicated that side by side strollers are most commonly used for longer strolls (where car capsules aren't recommended due to safety reasons).
Weight
-Side by side strollers generally range from 11-15kg. The LUNA is around the middle of the range due to a number of important decisions that our designers made:
-Our Aeroglide™ wheels are made from a high-quality PU rubber which are heavier than EVA plastic wheels used on the lighter models, however, will ensure a much smoother ride and improve the longevity of your wheels.
-We increased the length of our seat back boards as well as the height of the canopy to ensure your little ones will be comfortable sitting or sleeping from birth - 4 or 5 years.
-The heavier the frame, the more stable and strong your stroller will feel when pushing and the longer it will last. To hold almost 50kg this is especially important and our design team believer they've found the perfect balance here!
The LUNA seat is designed to fit children from 6 months to 4 years.
