Please note, we will only be allowing a maximum of two customers into the office at a time (including children). Appointment times will also be limited to 15 minutes so we will request that you watch our online demo videos of the model you’re interested in prior to attending your appointment.
All prams are sanitized prior to appointments and we will ask you to use the provided hand sanitizer upon entry. Our team will be required to wear a face mask during your appointment, we will have additional available for you to wear as well if you would like.
What does “refurbished” mean?
These prams are either ex-video or photoshoot models or have been returned to us by customers under our change of mind policy. Our strict reconditioning process ensures that our returned products are quality assured, tested and cleaned before resale. They may have a small mark or be missing an accessory or they might be in brand new condition. They will be priced accordingly. All prams are set up, ready to test and roll out the door (not in the box). It’s first in best dressed so the sooner you attend the more prams you’ll have to select from!
Can I see photos before I attend?
No, we don’t have individual photos of each pram. If you’re interested we ask that you arrange an appointment to come and view the prams available. Our customer service team will not be keeping a list of the prams in stock and their individual prices.
What is the return and warranty policy on these strollers?
They will be covered under their full 3 year warranty however will not be eligible for change of mind returns as you’ll have the opportunity to test the pram before purchase.
Can we take the prams outside to test them?
No, all prams must remain inside our office during testing and cannot be pushed outside or put in your boot.
How can I pay?
Cash or card only. No Zip or Afterpay available.
Can I attend to have a demo of a current model pram?
No, due to limited space available we will only have refurbished models available at the office.
When can I attend?
Our customer service team will be able to advise the next available appointment time. This will be Monday – Friday between 9am – 4pm. We cannot take after hours or weekend appointments at this time.
Can you ship the prams?
No, all prams are set-up and no longer in their boxes.
Can we ask for further discounts?
Our refurbished prams are already marked at discounted prices, there will be no further discounts.
