COVID-19

Australia Post are currently experiencing major delays across their network. We are not able to provide shipping estimates or guaranteed delivery times at this time and are asking customers to please be patient and allow additional time for their orders to arrive.

22 April:We're in close contact with the business team at Australia Post and the current message we're receiving is to allow between 5-15 additional business days for orders to arrive.

Reasons for the delays

  • A reduction in air freight capacity and restrictions on domestic flights (increasing the volume of parcels needing to be transported through the truck network).
  • An increased volume of parcels (up 200% on April 2019) due to the dramatic increase in online shopping.
  • Health and safety measures across the delivery facilities including reduced staff (slowing down the regular processing time).
  • The large size and weight of our prams requires them to be transported differently than smaller parcels which is also adding to the delay.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this strange time. We promise they're worth the wait!

We thank you for your understanding and patience during these strange times. Stay at home and stay safe!

Australia Post have implemented some changes to the way in which parcels are signed for or collected from Post Office locations. You can read more about this here https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus
