EA & Office Administrator

This position will allow you to utilise your strong organisational and interpersonal skills to help support a high-performing team build an iconic Australian baby brand. You will be an integral part of the Babybee team, responsible for day to day management of the office and providing essential administrative support to the CEO.

The role is varied with an emphasis on “getting in and getting things done”, and opportunity to touch all aspects of the business.

Reporting directly to the CEO you will be responsible for:

  • Office management & administration:
    • Organising team meetings and events (e.g. invites, agenda set-up, catering etc)
    • Tidying/organising of office environment including managing the office cleaner, stationary & supplies purchasing etc.
    • Organising, sending and receiving deliveries including international couriers
    • Bill payment, receipt coding and submitting and payment of invoices
    • Setting up new staff workstations, inductions and pre-employment docs
    • Business related admin; forms, insurance renewals, account set up etc

 

  • Executive Assistant: CEO
    • General email administration, including creating and formatting various forms of correspondence, emails, and presentations.
    • Calendar management
    • Arranging and coordinating travel
    • Some personal errands and administration will be required
    • (You’ll need to love babies and Labradoodles as our CEO brings both to work!)

 

  • Marketing Admin Assistant:
    • Administrative assistance for the marketing manager
    • Providing support for the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns as required

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a role requiring strong organisational skills and high levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to set up systems and processes to manage yours and others organisational tasks

Senior Graphic Designer and Content Creator

This exciting position will allow you to use your creative energy to help build one of the strongest online brands in the Australian baby industry.

You will be an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for designing beautiful, well-crafted assets for use across all of our brand communications.

Reporting to the marketing manager you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and owning the Brand and Style guidelines for 2 brands across 3+ international markets
  • Creating content to support marketing, sales, and customer support initiatives including assets for email campaigns, sales and campaign collateral, blog articles, social images and videos, website collateral etc
  • Planning and managing photography and video shoots (both lifestyle and studio)
  • Working collaboratively with the eCommerce Marketer, Digital Marketer (paid channels) and Social Media Manager to plan, create, implement, and track marketing campaigns

 

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualification in visual communication, graphic design or equivalent
  • Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Ninja-level skills in Adobe – Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Adobe Premiere is a bonus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a rock solid understanding of storytelling, layout and art direction
  • Proven experience designing for web, social and email marketing
  • An ability to achieve tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to take projects from brief to completion
  • Sound understanding of modern digital tools, platforms and practises
  • Experience with print and packaging design requirements, communicating with printers etc. advantageous.
  • Experience creating both lifestyle and animated video for Youtube and social media highly advantageous.

Digital Marketing Manager (PPC)

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with a passion for eCommerce who thrives on autonomy and seeing the results of their efforts directly impacting the business.

A focus on performance and outcomes, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Network and more.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building & managing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across; Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and more.
  • Continuously optimising and improving your campaigns to deliver the best results across 2 brands in 3+ markets.
  • Reviewing Google Analytics, sales and performance data, pulling campaign insights and creating insightful reports in DataStudio
  • Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
  • Identifying critical conversion points and drop off points to optimise our user funnels.
  • Integration of eCommerce (Shopify plus) site with Google platform including Tag Manager, Merchant Centre etc
  • Writing engaging ad copy and collaborating with our Graphic Designer, eCommerce Manager and Social Manager to create a seamless brand experience across the sales funnel and leverage other marketing efforts
  • Being actively involved in meetings and discussions to plan campaigns, compare results and provide insights and expertise

 

SKILLS AND EXERIENCE

We are open to a range of experience from agency, in-house or freelance, but we're looking for someone who will bring a solid foundation of skills running effective PPC campaigns for eCommerce brands, who has the ability to put these to work across international markets.

  • At least 5 years experience running paid campaigns across at Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram
  • A tertiary qualification (or similar) in a relevant field. I.e. advertising, marketing, business, communication, etc.
  • Experience across a range of channels in Google Ads will be highly regarded - in particular Google Shopping & Merchant Centre, Display & YouTube advertising
  • A strong understanding and ability to navigate Google Analytics including experience reporting on key campaign metrics and developing reports for management
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience with DataStudio or a similar dashboarding tool will be highly regarded
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals – from understanding the customer journey and stages of the funnel, right through to the role of different tactics
  • Demonstrable creativity, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns and executions to engage, inform, motivate and acquire users

eCommerce Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced marketer with a passion for eCommerce who thrives on autonomy and seeing the results of their efforts directly impacting the business.

A focus on performance and outcomes, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running across our Shopify plus store and marketing calendar. You’ll develop and help lead creative online brand campaigns that continuously position Babybee and our brands as a brand of choice in the pram and stroller industry.

If you’re a creative, eCommerce focused marketing whiz with a proven track record in brand and campaign marketing, we want to hear from you!

Note: this is not a Digital Marketing (PPC) role masquerading as an eCommerce position.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the day to day running of our eCommerce (Shopify plus) stores including product merchandising, content and campaign updates, copywriting, apps and integrations etc
  • Planning & managing the website and development roadmap for 4+ Shopify stores across 3 international markets; continually seeking new ways to provide a seamless user journey with the objective of on-site conversion, including development and improvement of UX, website design, content, navigation, performance and promotional campaigns (assisted by our web development agency partner).
  • Managing our yearly Marketing Calendars including sales, competitions and other promotional activity, seeking new ways & opportunities to drive relevance, build engagement and drive customer acquisition in a crowded & competitive digital space; (2 brands and 3+ international markets)
  • Working collaboratively with the in-house Graphic Designer, Digital Marketer (paid channels) and Social Media Manager to plan, create, implement, and track marketing campaigns
  • Create & execute pre-sale EDM flows and campaign plans (in Klaviyo) that align to the Marketing Calendars (alongside the graphic designer)
  • Setting and reporting on brand and campaign metrics and KPIs
  • Create a PR strategy for each market we’re in, and be our brand champion for partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Identify new initiatives and develop a roadmap prioritising the current list of initiatives identified, including identify new online, BTL and ATL brand channels and opportunities
  • Advocate best practice and research new industry trends/ opportunities

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of experience in managing an eCommerce or consumer-facing brand
  • A Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or similar
  • Experience using Shopify plus
  • Experience using an email client/CRM to produce complex customer EDM flows (Klaviyo experience highly regarded)
  • A deep, analytical understanding of tracking, optimisation and reporting on campaigns and activity
  • Excellent Project management skills that allow you to manage and deliver multiple projects to multiple deadlines;
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities within other market segments

Social Media & Community Manager

This position will allow you to unleash your creative side and utilise your community management skills to help build an engaged and authentic online community.

You will be an important part of the Babybee marketing team, responsible for all organic social media channels and our community engagement strategy.

As our Social Media Guru and the face of our brands on Social Media platforms, you will create innovative content using your great sense of style and eye for beautiful pictures and videos.

Reporting to the marketing manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing an innovative social strategy across all of our channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and our blog.
  • Measuring, reporting and analysing the performance of content across channels and translating these learnings into actionable recommendations for our creative team by establishing a data-driven approach to content; constantly analysing what worked, why it worked and how we can improve upon it.
  • End-to-end managing strategic relationships with social media influencers and media companies
  • Creating a PR strategy for each market we’re in, and be our brand champion for partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Working with the marketing team to create a thoughtful content calendar that tells seasonal, impactful and relevant stories throughout the year.
  • Work with the Graphic Designer to produce fresh, engaging and aspirational content that drives results across all channels, including photography, customer content, video and copywriting assets.
  • Work with our Digital Marketer (responsible for paid social) and develop a strategy to use our organic social channels to rapidly and thoughtfully test content.
  • Constantly identify and stay up-to-date with new trends and viral campaigns, reacting quickly and working with our creative team to piggyback a trend if it makes sense.
  • Spearhead unique and meaningful campaigns (competitions, collaborations etc) that not only help to drive engagement and reach, but also effectively build an emotional connection to the audience and lead to a strong digital experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of experience in managing a large eCommerce or consumer-facing brands social media channels. including experience creating and implementing social media strategies that have delivered commercial objectives and successful outcomes
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, visual communication, graphic design or equivalent.
  • You have an excellent understanding of each social channel and the nuances between them, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • EXCELLENT written and communications skills, including experience in blog or long-form copywriting
  • You have experience using social management tools, including content management, scheduling and community management (Sked experience favourable).
  • Adobe suite proficiency – you will be supported by a full-time graphic designer, but will also be expected to create content (photography, digital images, gifs, video etc) from scratch yourself.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize several brand/international market feeds and platforms at once
  • An excellent understanding of social media KPI’s and how to track and talk to these results and insights. You can confidently dive into the numbers to understand and communicate performance and performance drivers.
